I have a Ryzen 7 7700x and I’m getting “High CPU usage” when playing games and it causes a momentary studder/ pause on my PC. I’m not understanding what’s going on with it. My temps stay 75-90°. It also happens when im only playing games. No music apps or discords open either. Any help would be great!
High CPU usage and stuttering during gaming could be due to background processes or inadequate cooling, even if temperatures are within range.
