I had a battery installed which I thought had gone dead due to lack of use (secondary system in storage for 3 months) and I bought a replacement off amazon which I installed is also not detected at all. Windows and BIOS say no battery is installed. The OEM battery is detected and charges but I can’t use it since it only lasts for 20-30 minutes due to age.

If anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated
