My whole screen flashes whenever I click on or off a steam video. It also happens when I open Curseforge and an ad starts playing. It just started happening today. I have tried restarting my pc, but that has not fixed it. I have a video of what happens here: https://imgur.com/a/gP5OUAm
Try reinstalling your display drivers or check for graphics card driver updates.
