I currently have an iphone 14 max and whenever i plug my iphone to charger into my pcs front i/o usbc it causes my internet to be very laggy and very slow and as soon as i disconnect my phone the internet goes back to normal.

Have you checked if your computer is using your phone as USB>Hotspot? I don’t know where to look on an iPhone for that option, but hotspot can be shared via USB as well which is what it might be doing.
