My computer is frozen, this is the first time it’s happened. I’ve got no power to my keyboard or my mouse and holding down the power button and won’t force shut down the computer. I can’t shut it down by conventional means because even my wireless keyboard won’t work. I’m considering unplugging the computer from the wall because I’ve exhausted all other options. In need of some help ASAP
