I work in a factory setting, we hold team meetings on the floor around a tv screen linked to a PC with a clicker etc. However sound is an issue

Can anyone recommend any kind of mic/ sound bar combo that could improve people been able to hear?

Head over to r/livesound; they’ll know what you need. I think you need a shotgun mic and PA speakers, but not enough to suggest models.
