I thought I was going crazy, so I double checked, and my monitor is the Samsung ls34j550wqnxza, which definitely has a refresh rate of 75 hz. When I go into display settings, the only option is 49.99 hz. What’s going on?

    What shows under “Video Adapters”? Do your GPU has some error on it?

      I think you meant Display Adapters?

      I have an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 Ti, and a Citrix Indirect Display Adapter. When I click on properties, it says “this device is working properly”.

        Sorry, my windows isnt english. Yes, I meant display adapters Right click Citrix adapters and disable It, I bet windows only allows 50hz because Citrix do, and its synchronized (mirrored) to your 4070ti.
