hi when i open task manger it says gpu but when i click on it says 3060 and im confused isnt it ment to say gpu 1 for my gpu and gpu 0 for my intergrated gpu which is disabled

The number of the GPU is irrelevant to performance/usage, if that is what you are ultimately questioning. Whether your “more powerful” GPU is GPU # 0/1/2/3/4 is not of any concern.
If it’s disabled it’s not going to show up in task manager, it’ll just show the one that it sees.
