After I got it all hooked up it was kind of like on a bootloop but got my way out of it somehow by reseating the ram. After that, booting up league is ok, but ingame its like running at 15-30 fps. And also crashes like this one right here. Back then, none of this happens.

I don’t have a GPU, I use Intel ® HD Graphics, I use i5 4430. My processor doesn’t heat up THAT much which I think would be one of the reasons, and like I said, none of this happens back then and I did not remove or add anything, be it on the computer or any components in and out.

I’m currently reinstalling League ATM, but while that is happening, is there a way out of this?

    It’s possible your CPU cooler loosened contact a bit during the move, without fully coming loose. To prevent itself from overheating, chips will limit their clockspeed, as higher clockspeed means higher power draw, and so more heat production.
