I work in a small bakery. I share this email with the boss and the other cake decorator so customers can send us inspiration photos for their cakes. So the three of us are simultaneously logged in to our phones with this email.

I’ve just had the horrifying realization that it’s probably storing all of our web searches and everything and any one of us (particularly the boss) could pull up that data on Google Takeout and that would just be the worst thing I can imagine almost.

Advice, please. 🤦

    Yes, it has recorded all of your porn searches as well as audio and video of you from the mic/cameras since you installed it. It sent that data to your company and automatically emailed it to everyone as soon as you clicked “submit” on this post. The authorities are en route to your house and your arrest is imminent.     Sarcasm aside, what kind of phone is it, and what kind of email? If it is a Google account (being used with Gmail on an android for example), and you are logged into a Google account on their devices as well, then you could be at risk of the scenario you described. Otherwise it seems unlikely but I would need more details to give a better answer
