So I just purchased a new Samsung Monitor and when I booted it on, It was bright for a few seconds and then went dim. I unplugged it for 60 seconds, Plugged it back in and it was bright! Then it went back to being dim. Any help? Thanks!

Did you change the brightness already to max?
