Large mechanical HDD has been slow recently and I haven't been able to move some files. This came in up CrystalDiskInfo. Is the drive pretty much done for?

Edit: The reallocated sectors raw value now reads 217 and the current pending sector count and uncorrectable sector count raw values both say 1C0. Not sure what changed in the span of 20 minutes.
