My daughters kids messenger allows her to chat but video and audio call fails. Only works when she calls me or my husband. I’ve deleted and downloaded over and over again, made her a new account etc. also factory reset her iPad but still having issues. I’ve checked parental controls and can’t see anything that stands out. It worked previously I just don’t understand what’s changed. If anyone can offer any support that would be much appreciated. TIA
