I am competent with computers but networking is black magic.

I am getting 100 Mbps down and 20 up, this is more then enough to run a VoIP phone and basic web browsering in my mind.

The VoIP phone will drop in and out consistently, I can not browse general social medias (tiktok, Reddit, Facebook, etc).

Anything with video content needs to buffer for a few minutes even on low settings.

When I run a ookla speed test it will sit for 10-20 second and then start. It says ping is generally 10-15 ms and download is 100 Mbps upload is 20 Mbps.

Any advice?

Specifically I would love something to generate a report on network speeds and dropouts over a period of 24-48hrs?

First of all is your signal strength strong? Is this your personal home network, or are you connecting at a business/school? Are you using a firewall or just a regular router? A firewall with the wrong settings can cause this kind of DNS issue or some other thing, that kind of networking is beyond my knowledge.
