So we moved into a new place and we got Fibre installed and we noticed there were a bunch of random CAT and coaxial cables in that little box area, what could they be for?

Look around the house for ethernet and coax jacks? Coax for TV, ethernet for internet. Why would anyone here know where the other ends of any of that stuff goes in your house?
