My wifi is 300mbit and wifi card supports 144 mbit Why then usage is max 40mbit Tried many settings , DNS and resetting and still no results. So according to intel my card has max bandwich 2400mbits yet system shows 144mbits any fix for those 2 ?

Because those rated speeds are only theoretical maximums. You’ll never close to them in the real world.
