Hi everyone
Any help would be very much appreciated.
PC specs
SSD crucial P3 plus 1TB
corsair RM750
Corsair Vengeance DDR 6200 C32
B650 Tomahawk
AMD ryzen 7600x
saphire pure 7800XT
I had diferent BSOD, one was driver overran stack buffer. The latest was system service exception wdfilter.sys
From googling the first few BSOD seemed a problem with outdated bios or a ram problem. I have updated that, i now have the latest bios and appear to have the latest drivers for graphics card and chipset drivers
It can happen at any time, the only other problem is often my football manager save won’t load sometimes or will crash during saving, so maybe its an SSD problem?
I have run a scannow on windows and it repaired a file but i still BSOD after that.
I also had corsair icue crash so I removed that and MSI software but problem continues. Seems to happen more often if i leave it idling, say i leave football manager on but dont touch it and come back an hour later, it will crash when i try and press continue.
I ran a windows check on the ram, came back fine.
I have tried to add the BSOD dump files https://files.catbox.moe/vmcn5r.zip
It looks like RAM in the dump files. First I would go into the Overclocking section of the BIOS (Called Tweaking on some) and disable Precision Boost Overdrive.
If you still crash, use the machine normally with one stick at a time. Memory testers are unfortunately not very reliable at finding faulty DDR4 or newer RAM.
It was on auto, when I press disable and leave bios is says the change is from auto to enable and when I restarted it gave me a warning about ocing!
Never seen that before. Is the BIOS up to date?
Tried this, worked fine for about 7 hours then another BSOS, this time ntfs.sys system thread not handled.
Any other ideas? Thx for the help
Upload the new dump file(s).
And have you tested each stick by itself?
