Black screen after sleep and wont display

Hello I have this problem for a while now, when I do something irl and leave my pc, i get no display in my monitor and its in black screen, I press anything and nothing happens. When I restart my pc its the same thing. Black screen again

This happened to me before but after a couple times of restarting, the display came back

Anyways it only happens sometimes after a while and this is really bothering me right now…

I have a I5-10500, RTX 3060 TI gpu and a gigabyte h410m h motherboard…

    Have you tried turning off ‘sleep after X minutes?’ It sounds like your pc is entering sleep mode and your monitor is unable to find the input again after.

    Right click on the Start button then select Power Options. On the Power & Sleep menu, under Sleep, there is a dropdown menu with time options. Select Never on both options. (I believe there’s 2 anyway)
