Covenant Eyes vs Windows 10

I have a Windows 10 PC with pretty bad specs. I use it to run basically whatever games it can run without exploding (to put this into perspective, it can only run contraband police at 480p. And don’t even get me started on Fortnite)

I’m considering installing Covenant Eyes on it but don’t want to reduce performance. Does anybody have an idea how much this would impact things performance wise?
