I’m somewhat advanced in age, so maybe that’s the problem…I bought a nice Samsung CU7000B 43" crystal UHD. I got all my passwords in order for my Amazon prime, Netflix, and YouTube accounts. But the programming set up would not ask me what my existing accounts were. It would instead only try to get me to start and pay for new accounts. I find it hard to believe their programming interface would not allow me to use my existing accounts. So I returned the TV (Walmart has no Geek squad), and want to make sure the smart TV I buy has a better programming interface. Any suggestions? I’ve been doing HDMI from my MacBook Pro, but the ports on that darn machine are not working anymore, so it’s time to get a smart TV if I can one I can program! thanks for any help.

The default option is to create an account but there is a sign in button aswell, seems you just clicked through without reading. IMO Samsung has the easiest UI for people that aren’t good with technology because it’s very basic.
