Hello everyone.
On my Windows laptop I had an issue with the bin.
Often, after opening it at the morning it showed a message
“The recycle bin on c:\ is corrupted. Do you want to empy the Recycle Bin for this drive” with a yes or no buttons, that didn’t worked.
I decide to search around and I see that many people are suggesting to write rd /s /q c $recycle.bin in the console. Well, it didn’t end well.
Basically it deleted most of my files, I think. I’m not sure because some app like skype are still there but other like chromes or steam aren’t around. The HD was almost full (not sure how much) but even now there are free only 300 GB of the 1TB available, so files are maybe still around. Most of the space should be used by games from steam.
Do you have any suggestion? I read around about temporary accounts but seems like I’m still connected to my usual one. I would even buy some restoration app if they could fix this problem.
Thank you
