Prevent cross app tracking by making sure “allow apps to ask to track” is disabled in security settings.
Then if you’re trying to be discrete, use the private browser feature of safari.
On ios you can only surf the web through webkit (what safari is based off of), so all browsers are just reskins of safari. Your best best would be to open a new incognito tab every time you search something. You’ll need to remove the last tab and create a new one to prevent ads from tracking you.
