Am tired of not being able to express myself freely, anything could be misunderstood and could get me jailed, i was thinking of using X(Twitter) how safe is it? Is it possible for the local government to track tweets to me?
What if i said something illegal, could twitter give my info for doing something legal in the usa but illegal outside of the us

Nobody is fully anonymous in the internet.
Twitter/X is, basically, a private company and can do whatever they want with your postings and information. Elon Musk has shown he can and will treat accounts and postings in whatever manner he chooses. For that matter, other online services, even if not privately owned, are not government agencies and can use their own discretion when it comes to moderating content and divulging information. So it’s possible and, judging by your question and wording, very thankfully probable that your postings would be reported to authorities.
If you’re planning on staying in the USA and never leaving, honestly it should be fine to say whatever as long as you’re not advocating for people to do criminal or heinous things. But if you want to visit whatever country you’re referring to, there’s no way to stay completely anonymous without having a a degree and years of experience in cybersecurity
