I have a Samsung TV which turns it self off and on at will. When left on standby it also loses power randomly, and then comes back on by which I mean the standby light turns off and then turns back on.

I have tried new cable different sockets and all the generic advice I could find on the Internet.

I think that something must be wrong with the power to the TV, but I’m stumped as to what it could be.

Anyone have any ideas?

    I have a Samsung TV that does the same and I have had a few on the past with other faults. Double check that it’s not just the screen going very dark (led failure) but it’s probably the power board in the TV. They can be repaired (local Tv repair co would charge £70 to have a look when I asked) but I bought a board off eBay for £40
