PC turns on buts gives no signal to the monitor

I’m gonna keep this short but my motherboard got damaged during shipping of my computer and the pc didn’t turn on at all. Changed my motherboard and after putting everything back together, the computer turns on, all fans start spinning and the new motherboard lights up but I get no signal on my monitor. The keyboard and mouse’s lights both turn on. These are the parts of the pc:
ASUS Prime B450M-K II
AMD Ryzen 5 2600
RX 590 Sapphire
16 GBs RAM Corsair Vengeance 3200hz

Can someone please help me??

Wild guess, have you tested anything else? Probably not just the motherboard at this point.
