Browsers are on different dns?

I am on cellular/mobile data not wifi, using iPhone.

On dnsleaktest Safari shows dns Cloudflare and sometimes Akamai.

Other browsers show correct dns (my provider).

Not using private relay (not icloud+) and not using vpn.

How/why is Safari using different dns than my provider?

Tried:

reset network settings -reset mobile data settings -factory reset -airplane mode (supposedly clears dns cache)

Any help appreciated.

Some browsers might use DoH (dns over https) these days.
