I spilled water on my pc (built) whilst blackout drunk. I didn’t remember it in the morning and turned it on. All the fans started spinning and all the rgb lights were on, but my monitor got no signal. As soon as I realized it was wet I turned it off and plugged it out. I don’t know what to do.

Take apart the components to allow the liquids in the connectors to dry out, perhaps help it with a fan or your air conditioner set to dry mode (don’t blast it with hair dryer), after a day try again.
It survived, everything seems to be working perfectly, guess I got lucky.
Yes. Take it apart. Dry it off. Youre lucky if its just water. With a bit luck you should be fine.
