Hello. I decided to ask for your help because I couldn’t find anything about this site online other than their official site.

So I clicked a download link from peeplink.in that lead me to the download site rapidgator.net and I didn’t notice it for a couple of minutes but apparently I had a pop-under chrome window opened without my knowledge. I have an ad blocker and all so that’s very rare. The URL was akibadge.akiprotocol.io and the site just read “AKI Protocol is loading…” I closed it and checked my history which showed that it first connected to campaign.akiprotocol.io and then network.akiprot… and then graph.akiprot… and then data.akip… and then finally to the akibadge.aki… thing.
Do you think this is a virus and should I be worried? I have windows defender enabled and it didn’t trigger anything.

Nah its fine. I checked it with virustotal.com to be sure. Dont worry. It sounds more like its simply used for things like ads.
