Hey there, not sure if this is the place for this question but I’m gonna give it a shot. I have a Senior neighbor who has this smart phone that is locked up. His daughter got ahold of the phone and somehow changed the pin and the gmail account to one they do not know. Apparently the daughter doesn’t know it either. I’ve talked to the provider myself and they said there is nothing they can do, they won’t even buy it back if its locked up. My neighbor already bought a new phone and attempted to throw away the locked up phone but I assured him I could fix it with enough time or at least get him some money back.

Is there anything I can do to get the phone unlocked or is there a known place to sell things like this?
