Slow download speed, Ethernet Status shows Speed: 100 Mbps

Just reset my PC. Motherboard is an ASUS PRIME Z390-A. Already tried downloading new network driver from ASUS’s website.

Speed and Duplex is set to Auto Negotiation. If I set to 1 Gbps Full Duplex I get no Internet whatsoever.
