Hello guys,basically i need help.I opened my PC and the “pick an option” blue page came up.Microsoft Support gave me 4 options: 1)Continue to windows(It did not open and i got sent here again) 2)Repairing surface(did not work) 3) (i picked startup repair and it said that i don’t have any installation point created on the system drive,and sent me to the first page again.) 4)Reset surface(i picked save my personal data because i do not want to lose them.Cloud download is unsuccesful and says i should do local reload.When i go to local reload,it says i should empty space in the driver that windows is in,but i cant open my pc.)
I don’t really know about technology,can you all please help me ? Thanks
If local reinstall says you should empty space, you can do that. In winRE go to Advanced options. Then go to command prompt. In command prompt type notepad then once notepad opens click file > save as. A file explorer window should open. Go to your user directory C:/Users/your username and try to find / delete any large files or games you don’t need and try the local reinstall again.
