All USB ports suddenly stopped working.

I have a HP Envy x360 Convertible. When I bought this laptop, it came with Windows 11. Both of my USB ports suddenly stopped working. I have tried updating all my drivers, installing all Windows updates, uninstalling and reinstalling all USB drivers, and restarting my pc.
