Ok so im very stupid and I pressed the Flash BIOS button on my motherboard and now when I boot the screen is black and it doesnt recognise any device connecting to my monitor. Is there any way I can fix this or do I have to buy another one?

First, go through some basic troubleshooting steps. Make sure all the power to the motherboard is connected, the GPU has power, the cable to the monitor is plugged into the GPU not the motherboard, and maybe reseat the RAM. From what you’re describing the system is not POSTing, which could be a number of things unrelated to the BIOS button.
If you’ve tried all that and it still wont POST, you can flash the BIOS to the motherboard using a USB thumb drive. You will need to use a different computer to download the BIOS from the motherboard manufacturer’s website and load it on the thumb drive. The link below is a youtube guide on how to do this.
