Recently purchased a refurbished Huawei p30 pro which was sold as unlocked. I have put in my current sim and it is asking for an NCK code to unlock. My understanding is I need to contact the previous data provider to unlock the phone but when I try to go on settings to find this information it’s like the screen is locked. Any help much appreciated.
