Hey! So I ordered a Ryzen 7 5700x to go with a Gigabyte A520M motherboard for a new PC. Initially, when I planned on starting to build my new PC, my friend who helped me dropped my CPU, resulting in some bent pins. I sent it to a place (legit place btw) who said that they fixed the pins and tested the CPU. I received it back and upon trying to place it in the socket, it does not go in fully. It leans a bit on one side - the side with no golden arrow goes in but towards the middle it starts leaning up.
Now, listen, if I tap the corners of the CPU very lightly (less force than what you’d use to scroll a mouse), the CPU does go in the socket perfectly and does not wiggle or anything.
Is this an issue? Can this be dangerous? I think there are some bent pins that I am not able to bend back and I do not wanna send it in again if I don’t need to.
