mouse lagging RX550

Hey, I am selling my pc and I put my old RX550 inside and I used ddu to delete the old Nvidia drivers

my screen is 2k 144hz and windows 11

I am getting weird lag/teleportation of the mouse cursor and I am on the newest driver

is it because the GPU is so weak he can’t run 2k screen?

what should I do?
